At Raghav Contracting, we also carry out design checks, value engineering as an organized effort directed at analyzing designed building features, systems, equipment, and material selections for the purpose of achieving essential functions at the lowest life cycle cost consistent with required performance, quality, reliability, and safety. Raghav Contracting within a short time span has successfully delivered Projects and consistently completed them in a timely manner because of our technical competency which benefits customers and promoting timely completion of projects.

We believe that every incident is preventable

Every one of our colleagues—as well as our partners and main contractors—has stop-work authority. If it’s not safe, we don’t do it. We reinforce this philosophy through a combination of technical field procedures, ongoing training that highlights activities that could be life-threatening when not executed according to published procedures. Everyone is responsible for achieving zero accidents resulting in a SAFE day, a SAFE tomorrow, a SAFE year, and a SAFE career. We want every member of our team to reach home safely.

Our Team

Our projects team is multicultural and multinational with diverse backgrounds, skills and expertise. We are highly motivated and passionate in what we do and we believe in team-work and strive continuously to collaborate with our affiliates and partners to deliver successful projects on time.
Today, Raghav Contracting has a professional team of design and Engineers, CAD modelers, experienced and specialist technicians who are all fully conversant with the local codes and industry standards and norms.

Our Engineers possess excellent communicational skills and commercial awareness, with hands-on experience in design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. Our CAD and BIM modelers are skillful and work closely with our engineers and site foremen, visit sites and eventually prepare accurate shop drawings for ease of installation. They also assist the QS with quantity take-offs and finally produce as-built drawings. Raghav has 70+ in-house skilled field workforce comprising Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, painters, masons, carpenters, service and maintenance technicians, etc. All our workforce are well experienced to adapt to site conditions and requirements by optimizing operational policies, are continuously trained to monitor and verify performance, and provide comprehensive reporting.We employ reliable and latest technologies to manage the plants and equipment which strengthen our capabilities in executing complex projects.
